Terms of Service

Business Hours:
●Online order is available 24 hours.
●We will process your order during 9am-5pm on weekdays.
●If any questions about your order, we will email you during 9am-5pm on weekdays.
●We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and long holidays in
August and December-January (notice will be posted on HP for long holidays).

Payment by Credit card:
●VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express is available.
●Prepaid credit card is not accepted.

Payment by Bank Transfer:
●Bank handling fee is JPY 4,000.
●The money must arrive at our bank in Japanese Yen.
●The customer is responsible for the handling fee of intermediate bank if there is any.

Shipping:
●We ship by EMS (international postal service).
●After shipping out, we’ll email EMS tracking number to the customer, and the customer is responsible for online tracking and dealing with their local post office for receiving the goods if any problem occurs.
●If the customer is failed to check with their country’s post office when online
tracking shows any problem, and the item(s) is return to Japan as the result, the
customer is responsible to pay for shipping fee again.
●If the item(s) is damaged during the process of custom clearance in customer’s
country, we will not take the responsibility of the damage. 
●The customer is responsible to pay for any import tax charged by their country’s
custom.


Item with personalized embroidery:
●Any item with personalized embroidery can’t be cancelled or returned or
exchanged once the item has name embroidery, so please choose the size of item carefully.


“Production on order” Item:
●”Production on order” item/size can’t be cancelled or returned or exchanged once
the item is made, so please choose the size of item carefully.


Exchange of Item:
●The item must be not used and not washed, and the condition of the item &
package must be the same as you received it.
●The customer is responsible to pay for the shipping fee of returning the item to ISAMI Japan.
●The customer is responsible to pay for the shipping fee of exchange item from
Japan.
●If the shortage occurs as the result of exchange, we will charge you for the
balance.
●If the surplus occurs as the result of exchange, we give the customer the balance
as points to their online account, as we can’t pay back only the balance by credit
card or bank transfer. If the customer has not registered online account yet, we’ll register and put the balance as points.

Return of Item:
●The item must be not used and not washed, and the condition of the item & package must be the same as the customer received it.
●The customer is responsible to pay for the shipping fee of returning the item to ISAMI Japan.
●Only the price of the item will be refunded as points to their online account, as we can’t refund the money by credit card or bank transfer. If the customer has not registered online account yet, we’ll register and put the balance as points.

Defect Item:
●If the customer finds any defect on item before using, please inform us via email with the photo of defect. We will send the replacement(s) at our cost.
